Iron Davy Cole
Maybe you know my friend David Cole, or have heard of his company Sleepover. David and his partner Tag are making the web more handsome.
This is David,
in a picture I took a couple of days ago while he helped me shoot something in SF. Also, he does the web design for Put This On. Because he’s a good guy.
And for sure, you’ll be interested in getting in on Request-a-Sketch, an...

There is nothing wrong with using Twitter in any way at all, of course.

Daniel Jalkut's "Elements of Twitter Style"
I am 100% on-board with Daniel’s set of thoughtfully-composed guidelines for avoiding being obnoxious or dumb while using Twitter.
Particularly of note, the bit about @replies:

Renowned beardblog Build-a-Beard interviewed me about my beard, my take on beard culture, the history of my beard, and my thoughts on recent beard developments in the bearding industry.
It’s a two-parter, but they’re both worth a read if you’ve ever been fascinated with my beard. It’s pretty much all in there. I’ve exhausted the topic. Here’s a snippet:
Q: Do a...

Square: No just a little boys
Will Wilkinson sent me this grab of YouTube’s auto-caption (which he delightfully refers to as “Mad Libs for deaf people”) on the Square promo.
Here’s another good one:
I’m pretty sure that’s not what I said.

Then don't wear a cardigan →
As I started out doing stand-up comedy I started to notice that when I wore a cardigan, things seemed to go better. It was as if the audiences bought my character faster and I felt more secure.
I told this to my friend Thomas (who have been doing stand-up for way longer than I) and his advice came instantly. Then next time, don’t wear a cardigan!
Because if you build these rituals in your...
