It’s all very preliminary, and Apple’s probably going to implement something of it’s own for video ingestion, but I just had a moment where I had to stop and think about what this means, and how tranformative it’ll be when it comes to fruition.
When everyone with an iPhone has an HD camera at the constant ready, the world of online video will look a whole lot different. Of course, it’ll still sound like shit. That’s when we’ll all learn about the Great World of Sound.
