A Bold, New Composition for a Bold, New Leader
What a bizarre choice of framing for the President-Elect’s first weekly address. I’ve taken issue in the past with the way Obama’s team composes him in a frame. Here, I can only assume Obama cleared the room and set up the shot himself, or that he had to leave space in the frame for the academy sound stripe (filmnerd joke). Or maybe he’s just trying something new, keeping it loose. For aesthetic appreciation, always a little time.
